We went on a romantic escape that was great in some aspects! The views were stunning and created a beautiful atmosphere, great for relaxing. We also appreciated the room's cleanliness and the comfortable bed. We loved the local activities available like hiking and exploring the outdoors.
Our romantic escape was not perfect. The communication with the staff was problematic, and we found them lacking warmth in personal interactions.

We had an incredible time at this hotel. The view from the rooms was simply amazing! The staff were exceptional and gave us great advice on hiking trails around the hotel. We also enjoyed the well-maintained hotel facilities, including the indoor and outdoor hot pool with a picturesque view. Additionally, the hotel was really clean and the breakfast and dinner provided were outstanding.
Everything is exactly what we needed and wanted.

The hotel is located in a beautiful scenic area, surrounded by nature, picturesque mountains, golf course and a lake. the rooms are spacious, modern with kitchens and complimentary washer and dryer. the staff is friendly, accommodating, and helpful. the buffet breakfast offers good options to choose from.
Lack of clear signage and GPS direction to the hotel might lead to a frustrating experience.

This hotel is a luxurious haven that fulfilled all of our exclusive amenities needs. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, massage and spa centre were all top-notch. And the sun terrace, sun loungers, and garden area offered the perfect location to relax and unwind. the restaurant served an exquisite in-room breakfast, dinner and bed and breakfast option. the bar/lounge area was spacious and had a wide variety of beverages on offer. the staff was always courteous and provided exceptional service.
This hotel did not offer any channels in English.

The views were breathtaking! Surrounded by nature and mountains, it was truly an escape from the city hustle. the hotel staff was very welcoming and accommodating. the rooms were clean and spacious.
The location was far from everything. It was inconvenient to travel to the city due to the distance.
